About Opwerks
My career in operations began in 2004 and has spanned a wide range of industries, including industrial power generation, manufacturing, construction, lighting and electronics, automotive, power distribution, field services, and hospitality. Along the way, I have designed assembly lines, developed custom data systems, implemented training programs, led certification efforts, built sales forecasting models, and worked closely with owners, executives, boards of directors, employees, customers, and community stakeholders.
I have also served on the board of a nonprofit organization and volunteered extensively with youth sports and historical societies. These experiences have provided a unique perspective on how organizations operate, regardless of their size, mission, or industry.
Over the years, one observation consistently stood out: while every organization faces different challenges, most struggle with the same underlying issues—communication breakdowns, lack of alignment, inefficient processes, and competing priorities that prevent leaders from focusing on what matters most.
That's why I founded OpWerks.
The mission of OpWerks is simple: help organizations operate more effectively by providing experienced leadership, practical problem-solving, and hands-on execution when and where it is needed most.
I believe fractional support is often the best solution. Many business challenges are temporary by nature. They are important problems that need solving, but they don't necessarily justify hiring a full-time executive or specialist. Fractional leadership provides access to experienced expertise without the long-term cost, commitment, or risk associated with a permanent hire.
